Anti-IRS2 (T1155) PAb

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to human insulin receptor substrate 2 (IRS2, NP_003740) at the peptide region flanking threonine 1155 (T1155). GS0014 binds to a peptide region that is known to be modified at T1155 with O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc).  GS0014 can bind to the peptide region regardless of the O-GlcNAC modification state of T1155 (see ELISA and Western blot application data. Amino acid sequence of the region flanking T1155 suggests cross-reactivity with IRS2 of multiple species including mouse, rat, chicken, hamster and primates.
