Histone H3 (GlcNAc T32) PAb

Rabbit polyclonal antibody (PAb) to human histone H3 (H3, NP_066403) modified at threonine 32 (T32) with an O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc). GS0015 preferentially binds to the O-GlcNAcylated version of H3. Amino acid sequence of the region flanking T32 suggests cross-reactivity with H3 of multiple species in both the animal and plant kingdoms.
