Histone H2A (GlcNAc T101) PAb

Rabbit polyclonal antibody (PAb) to human histone H2A (H2A, NP_066390) modified at threonine 101 (T101) with an O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc). GS0032 preferentially binds to Histone H2A when O-GlcNAc is present on threonine 101 (T101). Amino acid sequence of the region flanking T101 suggests cross-reactivity with histone H2A of multiple species including mouse, rat, chicken, fish, reptiles, hamster and primates.
