Histone H2A (T101) PAb

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to human Histone H2A (H2B, NP_002097). GS0031 binds to histone H2B regardless of the presence of an O-GlcNAc on threonine 101 (T101). Amino acid sequence of the region flanking T101 suggests cross-reactivity with histone H2A of multiple species including mouse, rat, chicken, hamster and primates.

Tested applications  ELISA, Western blot.
