Histone H2B (GlcNAc S112) PAb

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to human Histone H2B (H2B, NP_001019770.1) modified at serine 112 (S112) with an O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc). GS0022 preferentially binds to the O-GlcNAcylated version of histone H2B. Amino acid sequence of the region flanking S112 suggests cross-reactivity with histone H2B of multiple species including mouse, rat, chicken, hamster and primates.
