Histone H2B (S112) PAb

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to human Histone H2B (H2B, NP_001019770.1). GS0021 binds to histone H2B regardless of the presence of an O-GlcNAc on serine 112 (S112). Amino acid sequence of the region flanking S112 suggests cross-reactivity with histone H2B of multiple species including mouse, rat, chicken, hamster and primates.
