Histone H4 (GlcNAc S47) PAb

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to human Histone H4 (H4, NP_778224.1) modified at serine 47 (S47) with an O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc). GS0025 preferentially binds to the O-GlcNAcylated version of histone H4. Amino acid sequence of the region flanking S47 suggests cross-reactivity with histone H4 of multiple species including mouse, rat, chicken, hamster and primates.

Tested applications  ELISA.
