All GlycoScientific products are warranted to meet specifications (purity, activity, concentration, etc.) as stated on the Specification Sheet or Certificate of Analysis that ships with the product. Suitability for applications not qualified by GlycoScientific is not guaranteed and is not reason for return of product. Please contact us at customerservice@glycoscientific.com if a product is not meeting your expectations. Returns and refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
