GlycoScientific

IgG1 UmAb1

IgG1 UmAb1

IgG antibodies are composed of two heavy chain and two light chain polypeptides that are linked by disulfide bonds.  IgG1 antibodies are defined by their unique carboxy-terminal part of the heavy chain.  Two types of light chains, lambda (λ) and kappa (K) are functionally identical and can be found in any of the five major classes of human antibodies.  GlycoScientific offers two formulations of a human monoclonal IgG1 kappa antibody purified from protein free CHO culture.  See the publications list below for successful applications of IgG1 UmAb1.
