TERMS OF SERVICE

PRICES
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Pricing and information are subject to change without notice and must be verified at time of order.

FEES
Handling Fees: For ordering via a Purchase Order Number or other special orders there is a handling fee of $20.00 per order for domestic orders and $25.00 per order for international orders.

SHIPPING
Products are shipped overnight for next day delivery by Federal Express or UPS. Most products are shipped in styrofoam containers with ice packs. Standard shipping charges are $160 to addresses in the United States.  International shipping rates vary. Additional charges may apply if dry ice is required.

PAYMENT
Terms of sale are net 30 days date of invoice; all payments must be made in U.S. dollars. A 2.0% monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days will be added to your account.
With respect to checks, funds must be drawn on a U.S. bank and must be for the full amount of the invoice. Deductions made for bank, clearance or exchange charges will not be accepted. All checks returned are subject to an additional charge of $40.00. Payments made by wire transfer must include any bank charges associated with the transfer assessed by the payee's bank.
VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are also accepted.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all products listed herein are supplied for research use or further manufacturing only and should not be used for human therapeutic or diagnostic applications. The entire risk as to the performance of this product is assumed by you, the customer. GlycoScientific shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from use of the product. Any implied warranties relating to the product, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular research use or other purpose, are disclaimed.
The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Athens Research & Technology be responsible for lost profits or indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injuries, resulting from the use of the products.

PRODUCT USE AND RESTRICTIONS
Purchaser agrees that all products purchased from GlycoScientific are for laboratory research only and not for human consumption or therapeutic use.  As a material condition to GlycoScientific providing its Products to Purchaser, Purchaser agrees that it shall not, directly or indirectly, attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise perform any compositional, structural, functional or other analyses directed to learning the methodology, components, formulae, processes, make-up, or production of any Product or any portion thereof.
