Insulin Receptor Substrate 2

IRS2 (NP_003740; Uniprot Q9Y4H2) functions as a cytoplasmic adaptor protein that mediates insulin and other cytokines.  GlycoScientific has developed polyclonal antibodies and peptides against glycosylated and non-glycosylated sites on IRS2 to help study the effects of glycosylation on IRS2 and subsequent effects on the insulin signaling pathway.
