Protein: Combinatorial peptide lacking fucosylation modification.  This peptide is intended as a control for threonine (FOT) fucosylated peptide GP-232.

Peptide Sequence (N-Tem C-Term): CXXXXXTXXXXX

 X = a mixture of 10 amino acids, the mole percentages of which are described below:

Ser 30%; Gly 15%; Ala 15%; Thr 10%; Phe 5%; Pro 5%; Val 5%; Leu 5%; Arg5%; Gln5%.

Conjugation of this peptide to carrier proteins or other targets is easily achieved through maleimide chemistry with the N terminal cysteine.
