Collection: GP STAT pAb

There are seven known Signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) factors that play a key role in various immune system response cascades and cell growth and differentiation functions.  They can be activated by cytokines, growth factors, and carcinogens.  Dysregulation of the JAK-STAT has been observed in many cancers.  STAT proteins interact with both nuclear and cytoplasmic phosphatases that can control their activation via phosphorylation state.  GlycoScientific has developed antibodies that can uniquely identify the phosphorylated form of key sites on Guinea Pig STAT1, STAT2, and STAT3.
